Need help with 2004 GEHL CTL80 not wanting to move

Hello all, I am new to the world of track loaders and the forums, but I am in need of some help. I have a 2004 GEHL CTL80 with approx. 2500 hrs, and I just changed the hydraulic filters and refilled the system with some 10w-30. It seems that a couple weeks after I had done this(didn't run for a few weeks), when I started the loader up, the left track would not move. All the other hydraulics on the machine work flawlessly. The only direction it would move was to the right. It would do this for about 30 seconds, all the while I would play with the control stick. It doesn't make any noises, it doesn't whine, it just begins to work randomly. After it gets out of this funk, it runs just fine and goes whatever direction I want it to. So now, my brother was warming it up the other day, and said he ran into the same issue with the left side not w anting to power up at first. After it finally began to work, after 5 minutes he said the right side quit working for a short period of time and he almost smacked into his dump truck. I am going to bleed the pump this weekend, is air in the system causing this or do I have something more serious going on? I have noticed too that the machine was parked on an incline and every time it had issues, the left side was the uphill side. Any insight would be appreciated as I know very little about the loader and all my info is coming from the owner's manual. I have no other literature on the machine.
